Countryside Properties is a leading U.K. property developer with sites located accross the united Kingdom. With a need to attract interest from a broader market place countryside properties have always embraced the internet as a means to market their properties. Individual micro sites promote each location giving each complex its own individual identity.
Film was the natural progression for countryside properties to showcase their homes in a more dynamic way to an already captivated audience. The brief was to create two films for two new sites located just outside Stoke. The films were to be implemented on existing micro sites so need to fit in with existing graphics and design.
A film crew was dispatched to the property complex and in depth filming of all aspects of the site took place over the course of two days. Once all of the footage had been broken down our editing team set to work. A first ‘long’ draft was assembled for the client’s perusal with a sample of the ‘prime’ shots available. After a number of consultations with the client an agreement was met as to what scenes would be kept and lost and a final draft was compiled.
The final films for the countryside properties developments help to transport the prospective buyers to the locations and deliver a clear indication as to what is available on the site.
